ABOUT

In the topmost corner of the Cotswolds, where Olivia grew up, lie quaint and quiet little villages surrounded by rolling fields and intriguing country side. This is where Olivia created her first designs and prints. It all began with a huge love of the countryside; especially hares. When walking the dog through the rolling hills of the northern Cotswolds, it is a common sight to see a hare lope across the freshly ploughed fields or spot its dark tufty ears poking up among the corn stalks.

“I feel very lucky when I walk outside the door to such beautiful countryside and all the wildlife that comes with it.”

Olivia’s designs focus on the ‘Cotswold’ hare and its antics.

Other designs include the common daisy, Bellis perennis, a simple and innocent representative of all that the English countryside has to offer. More designs inspired by local mammals, insects and flowers are on their way!

After growing up within a creative background Olivia Jane gained a degree in Interior Design and pursued a career as a kitchen and furniture designer. Then, with a passion for ‘all things pretty’, she started using her natural surroundings to create simple and natural designs which are an asset to enhance any home.

All greetings cards are hand printed and finished by Olivia Jane herself. This gives each card that unique and personal touch which affords sensitivity for any occasion.

Other products are produced by small companies based in the UK including Fine Bone China printed in Stoke-on-Trent and Textiles printed in Leek, Staffordshire, the historic home of fine English pottery. Olivia is passionate about using British manufacturers to print her products. Where else could English inspiration find its natural home?
